19th Dialogue Conference was held on Saturday, June 4th, 2016 in the KLA
(Utrecht Centre for the Arts) by the Foundation for Dialogue Netherlands – Japan – Indonesia.
The theme of this conference was focused on the POW camps in Japan with the theme: `reconciliation between the former war enemies Netherlands – Japan and Indonesia?
Central was the unveiling of the special memorial Fukuoka-2 in Nagasaki. In addition to Japanese speakers of the POW Research Network Japan was there for the first group of Indonesian students from the PPI (Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia). Their chairman Ghamal Satya Mohammad gave the following speech:
